The uniqueness of this huge spread out resort which is in 15 acres of land area, lies with the planning and
construction of accommodation part in the form of villas in clusters separately and the other operation areas
particularly the F & B outlets, banquets, lobby area, F & B production, Spa, Gym and swimming pool, in the
main block.

The villas are at least 50 meters away from the main block where the staying guests will enjoy complete
privacy in tranquil atmosphere without any disturbance and pollution which are generally unavoidable in
other city hotels. The villas have been minutely designed to provide the ultimate royal touch of traditional
Rajasthani heritage culture and our guests will certainly carry home the essence of luxurious living comforts
